YOU CAN DO IT!!! I would say start with just getting cardio in, because you won't see results from any area targeting workouts until you can burn the fat on top of the muscle first. Start it super simple, walks around the neighborhood. Then upgrade to like walking for 5 minutes, and jogging for 1 minute in between each 1 minute of walking, and then later on bring that jog to a run. YOU CAN DO IT :-D
